How to request a refund

To request a refund please drop us an email quoting your; booking reference number, the place where you were due to play, the time of your court booking, and your reason for cancelling.

Court bookings

  1. Requests to cancel courts that have been booked should be made no less than 48 hours before the court booking time. You will be given a refund in the form of a credit voucher which can be used against any court booking or coaching session in the next 30 days. Court cancellations requested within 48 hours will not be permitted
  2. In the event of adverse weather conditions, you should send an email within 24 hours of the court booking time to request a credit which can be used against any court booking or coaching session taking place in the next 30 days following the original court booking time
  3. If Premier Tennis has to cancel a court you have booked, or a court is deemed unplayable or requires maintenance, we will offer you a full credit against a future court booking or coaching session taking place in the next 90 days following the original court booking time

Coaching bookings

  1. Requests to cancel a coaching session or programme that has been booked should be made no less than 5 days before the coaching begins. You will be given a refund in the form of a credit voucher, less a £10 administration fee, which can be used against any court booking or coaching session in the next 30 days. Coaching cancellations requested within 5 days will not be permitted, other than in exceptional circumstances
  2. In the event that you wish to cancel and switch onto another programme, subject to availability, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another programme, applying an administration fee of £10
  3. If adverse weather prevents play taking place, if you have provided us with the correct information, Premier Tennis or the coach will try to send you an email or text message once a decision to cancel has been made, and issue you a credit against a future court booking or coaching session
  4. If Premier Tennis has to cancel a coaching session or programme you have booked because it is undersubscribed or a coach becomes unavailable, we will suggest alternative arrangements and/or offer you a full credit against future court bookings or coaching sessions. If neither of those is suitable, we will offer a full refund
