Develop skills, confidence, fitness and a passion for tennis in these beginner tennis coaching groups. Each 60 minute session covers different elements of the game, including the topspin forehand, backhand volley, serve and smash. The last session ends with a mini tournament, so get ready to compete!
A great next step from Mini Reds with a full tennis court, bigger rackets and slightly soft orange or green balls depending on age/ability. Helps players develop and improve all aspects of their game before moving on to the fast yellow balls in Junior Tennis.
For these classes, players should already have good stroke fundamentals and be able to play offensive and defensive tennis. We will teach you techniques to dictate play, first & second serve placement, and help you refine your timing. The class will include a combination of drills and playing points against others.
Fast yellow balls, full-size rackets and the whole court. This stage of coaching helps young players get to grips with good technique and develops skills, stamina and confidence.
Bootcamp Tennis is a great way for players of all abilities to get moving and have fun in a social group workout. In an hour, you'll burn lots of calories, improve your stamina and engage body and mind through tennis based activities. It's like a gym class, only in the fresh air and with lots more balls!
